I tried it for a few weeks, but uh, I didn’t notice any real difference. Maybe it works for other people, but for me it just felt like a waste of money.

"Delivery was kind of not dependable"
My order ended up coming late, and the tracking was barely changing the whole time, which was annoying. The product itself was okay enough, but I don’t think I would count on the delivery again if I needed it by a certain time

"Delivery took longer than I expected"
I ordered from jivita.com.au and the shipping ended up taking ages. I’m not sure if it was an issue with the courier or how long it took to get sent out, but I didn’t really get many clear updates, so I was just kind of left waiting. Maybe there was a reason for the delay that I missed, but from my side it was frustrating. Not too happy with the delivery time.

Slow. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I was expecting. The issue got sorted in the end, so that was fine. Just wish the response had been quicker.
"Not really worth it for the price"
The products are fine, but they feel too expensive for what you get. I also got annoyed by all the reminders — they came off way too aggressive and made the whole experience feel pushy. Probably not something I’d buy again

"Disappointed with the quality and the whole process"
I ordered from jivita.com.au the quality was disappointing. The product felt cheap and not fresh at all, which wasn’t what I expected for the price. What made it more annoying was dealing with the usual automated systems instead of an actual person when you just want a straight answer. Overall, it didn’t feel worth the money to me, and I don’t think I’ll be buying from them again.

I’m absolutely sure this return process could not have been more of a headache. I sent everything back expecting it to be simple, but my refund still isn’t sorted, and the whole thing has been way more frustrating than it should be

"Ingredient details were a bit hard to track down"
I was looking around jivita.com.au the other day, or maybe it was earlier last week, I can’t remember exactly, and I found the ingredient info a bit unclear. For health products, I really like to know properly what’s in them before I buy anything, and some of the details felt either hard to find or not quite complete. The website itself looked fine overall, but I just wish there was more transparency. In the end, I didn’t feel confident enough to place an order.

I pretty much judged it the second I saw the box — it showed up crushed and looked like it had been tossed around. Not a great first impression.

Trying to place my order was way more annoying than it needed to be. The checkout felt clunky and confusing, and I kept wondering, why is this so difficult?? i don’t think I’d bother ordering again.

"Not a great first impression"
I tried jivita.com.au for the first time because I was looking for a few specific things, but it was a disappointing start. The range felt really limited, and a lot of the items I expected to find either weren’t there at all or only had one or two options.
It was frustrating spending time clicking around just to realise I’d have to go to another site anyway. For a first impression, it didn’t give me much reason to come back unless they seriously expand what they offer

As someone who usually loves trying new drinks, this one was just okay for me. It’s definitely drinkable, but there’s a strange aftertaste that I couldn’t quite get past. Not terrible, just not my favorite
